Ashley set up a fundraiser for TLC and has so far raised over £27k. His task - to walk the perimeter of the M25, a total of 158 miles or 254 km or the equivalent of 6 marathons. He set off on Saturday 22nd June at 3.50am, and finished on Wednesday 26th June at just after noon, a total of 4 and a half days and 4 nights non-stop walking. What an amazing achievement. It was tough and Ash showed true grit in keeping on. Everyone at TLC are so thankful to him for his support. He was in Tabora last year and met the children, guardians and the staff and there was a lot of love flowing between them all. Here is a video of Ash at the finishing line, walking en route and some from his stay in Tabora. The granny with the mattress he bought for her hoped she would live long enough to see him again.
